By purchasing any video production service, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions:
Materials Provided to Memory Imprint Studio
By purchasing any video production service and submitting any pictures in any form to Memory Imprint Studio, you agree that you maintain the copyright for the photos or any other materials submitted to Memory Imprint Studio. You are responsible for all images you provide to Memory Imprint Studio. Professional images that are provided to you by professional photographers or make available through websites, magazines, books, or other sources, may be protected by copyright and should not be provided to Memory Imprint Studio.
Monitoring of Contents
Memory Imprint Studio does not control the content and does not, in any event, have any obligation to monitor such contents for any purpose. You acknowledge you are solely responsible for all content and images provided to Memory Imprint Studio.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including, but not limited to, the written content, any images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and audio clips that are part of the video products (collectively, the “Video Products”) are subject to copyrights owned by Memory Imprint Studio. Copying the Slideshow for any other purpose than personal use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from, Memory Imprint Studio. Modification of the DVD Slideshow or use of the DVD Slideshow for any other purpose is a violation of Memory Imprint Studio’s copyright and other proprietary rights.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Memory Imprint Studio harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney fees, related to your violation or alleged violation of these Terms and Conditions. You agree to release Memory Imprint Studio from any and all liability, implied or expressed. You further agree that in the event of any dispute arising hereunder, the parties shall bear their own attorney fees and costs. You further agree that all disputes shall be resolved by arbitration and that the only remedy and/or damage available to you is a refund of the cost of services. You waive any and all other damages, claims, costs, and attorney fees.
Jurisdiction
Memory Imprint Studio a California limited liability company. Jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes for resolution of any disputes shall be in California . You agree that any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California , except as to any applicable conflict of laws provision.
Disclaimer
The Video Product is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Memory Imprint Studio disclaims all warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Memory Imprint Studio does not warrant that the functions contained in the DVD Slide show will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server(s) that makes the website available for Memory Imprint Studio is free of viruses or other harmful components. Memory Imprint Studio does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the DVD Slideshow in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability other otherwise. Return Policy. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries as soon as possible. After we start to process your order we can only refund you 50% of your total order. NO refund will be issued after we process or ship out your order. Exceptions and restrictions may apply.
